Our Process

Phase I – Discovery

When we begin working on your project we start in the Discovery Phase. This is where we’ll give you discovery forms to fill out, ask questions, and learn about the vision and help determine the direction of your project.

Phase II – Strategy

Using the information garnered from the Discovery Phase, we’ll develop the best possible strategy for your website. Some of the things we do in this Phase are: sketch out possible layouts, select fonts, gather imagery options, and begin gathering copy.

Phase III – Development & Design

After imagery, fonts, and color schemes are selected we’ll begin designing out your project. During this Phase, well provide you with a screen shots of your home page and initial concept layout. After approval on the design, we’ll build out your interior pages.

Phase IV – Staging

In this Phase we input your copy, imagery, and integrate plug-ins and options for each page. We focus a lot of attention building out each page one at a time, to ensure the layout and visual engagement of each page is superior.

Phase V –  Training

Before we launch your site live, we’ll train you on the back end of your website. The great news is that you don’t have to be an expert coder or developer to manage your website. We build our websites on powerful platforms that are easy to use.

Phase VI – Launch

Hooray! We are now ready for your site to go live! We’ll launch your site live and as a parting gift we’ll give you one month of free maintenance. We want you to be completely satisfied with your site, so we add this as a little bonus for you!
